Born from family recipes passed down through generations in Michoacán, Carnitas Michoacán brings the soul of Mexican cooking to Riverside County. Our founder's grandmother taught that patience and love are the most important ingredients — and you can taste that in every bite.
Our carnitas are slow-braised in lard for hours until the meat falls apart at the touch, then crisped to golden perfection. We grind our own corn for tortillas daily, prepare our salsas fresh each morning, and pour our mezcal cocktails with the same care our families have shown for centuries.
